Personal data processing policy

Effective date: 8 August 2026

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Russian text is the governing version, because this is a document under Russian law.

This policy describes what happens to the personal data of visitors to archground.com and archground.ru (the "site"). It is one product on two domains.

Today the site is a page describing the product plus an embedded, read-only demonstration of a synthetic model. There is no sign-in, there are no accounts, and there is no way to upload or publish anything. So very little data is processed here, and everything is listed below.

1. Operator

The personal data operator is Sergei Sergeevich Zobnin (Зобнин Сергей Сергеевич), a natural person. There is no company behind the site: no legal entity exists. There is also no separate data protection officer — the operator handles everything personally.

Address for any request under this policy, including withdrawal of consent and requests about your data: sck.spb@yandex.ru.

2. What data is processed

The operator does not ask for your name, phone number, email address or anything else about you: there is nothing on the site to fill in. Only what arises from ordinary page viewing is processed.

Cookies. The site sets both of them itself; they are not passed to anyone else.

Cookie What it holds and why
Language preference Holds the interface language you chose, so the site opens in it next time. Not readable by page scripts (HttpOnly)
ag_consent Holds your analytics choice and the version of the notice text that choice relates to. Lifetime: 12 months. Readable by page scripts, because otherwise the page could not read your choice and know it need not ask again

Server logs. On every request the server records the address of the page requested, the date and time, the IP address and the browser string (user agent). This is needed to keep the site working: diagnosing errors and failures, and noticing abuse.

Data received by Yandex Metrica — only if you accepted. Section 3 says exactly what.

3. Third parties

The only third party is the web analytics service Yandex Metrica, counter 111410802. There are no other third parties on the site.

Metrica loads only after consent. Its script is requested from mc.yandex.ru only after you press "Accept". It does not load before you choose, and it does not load after a refusal either: it is not loaded at all, rather than loaded and idle. There is deliberately no <noscript> tracking pixel on the site — a pixel in the markup cannot read your choice, and would count a visitor who refused.

How the choice works. Refusing is one click, it is honoured, and it survives page reloads. The choice is recorded together with the version of the notice text: if the notice changes materially, its version changes and everybody is asked again.

What Metrica receives when it is allowed: your IP address, the browser string (user agent), the addresses of the pages you view, the referrer, your screen size, an approximate location derived from the IP address, and its own cookies, which it sets in your browser.

What is on and what is off. Clickmap, link tracking and accurate bounce tracking are on. Session replay (Webvisor) is off — sessions are not recorded.

Yandex processes the data it receives as a separate operator, on its own terms. The operator of Archground does not control that processing and does not describe it here.

4. Purposes of processing

The operator does not sell data and does not pass it to advertising networks; there is no advertising on the site. The operator makes no automated decisions producing legal effects and builds no profiles for that purpose.

5. Legal basis, method of processing, storage and protection

Legal basis — Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On personal data". Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by pressing "Accept" and can withdraw at any time. The language preference cookie, the ag_consent cookie and the server logs are necessary for the site to work and to protect itself: without them the site cannot open in the right language, cannot honour your refusal, and cannot survive a failure being investigated.

Method of processing — automated, using computing equipment. The operator does not transfer data outside the Russian Federation. Yandex's own arrangements are Yandex's.

Storage. ag_consent is stored in your browser for 12 months. You can delete either cookie at any time using your browser. Server logs are kept for the limited time needed to operate the site and investigate incidents, then deleted. Data received by Metrica is stored by Yandex on its own terms.

Protection. The site is served over HTTPS. Only the operator has access to the server and its logs.

6. Your rights

Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ you have the right to:

Where to write: sck.spb@yandex.ru. The operator answers personally.

You can withdraw analytics consent without writing: delete this site's cookies in your browser — the dialogue appears again and you can choose "Only necessary".

An honest caveat. There are no accounts on the site, so log records and cookies usually cannot be tied to a particular person. If you send a request, the operator may need to ask which data you mean.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may change. The current version is always published on the site, and the effective date is shown at the top. There is nobody to notify individually: there are no accounts and no mailing list.

If the text of the cookie and analytics notice changes materially, its version changes too — and the consent question is then asked again, whatever you chose before.
