Consent to the processing of personal data

Effective date: 8 August 2026

This is a translation of the Russian text, offered for convenience. The service is operated under Russian law, and the Russian version is the governing one; if the two ever disagree, the Russian text applies.

What you are agreeing to

One thing: loading the Yandex Metrica counter on archground.com and archground.ru, and processing the data it collects. This consent covers nothing else.

The site has no sign-in, no accounts and no forms. You submit nothing and publish nothing — you can read everything here without telling us anything about yourself.

Consent is voluntary. If you choose "Only necessary", Metrica is not loaded: not before you choose, and not after you refuse. The site works the same either way — refusing costs you nothing.

Who you are giving it to

The operator is Sergei Sergeevich Zobnin (Зобнин Сергей Сергеевич), a private individual. Not a company: there is no legal entity, no company registration, and no data protection officer.

Contact: sck.spb@yandex.ru. Withdrawal of consent and any other request go to the same address.

What data is processed

Through Yandex Metrica counter no. 111410802, whose script is loaded from mc.yandex.ru:

The counter has clickmap, link tracking and accurate bounce tracking enabled. Session replay (Webvisor) is off — nothing here records how you move the mouse, type or scroll.

There is no tracking pixel in a <noscript> tag, and that is deliberate: an image in the markup cannot read the cookie holding your choice, so it would fire for someone who had refused.

Your choice itself is stored in a cookie named ag_consent in your browser. It holds only the choice and the version number of the text you made it against — no identifier, nothing else about you.

Web server logs (request addresses, timestamps, IP addresses, user agent strings) are kept to run the site and are not covered by this consent; they are described in the Privacy policy.

Why

One purpose: to find out which parts of the page land and which do not, so the ones that do not can be rewritten. The data is used for nothing else.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is passed to anyone other than Yandex as the provider of the counter itself. There is no advertising on the site. No decision producing legal effects for you is made from this data.

Legal basis, and what is done with the data

The legal basis is your consent: Article 6(1)(1) and Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On personal data".

The actions performed: collection, recording, storage, use, provision to Yandex, and deletion. The processing is automated.

Yandex receives the data listed above and processes it as a separate operator, under its own terms. What it does with the data after that is a matter for those terms, not for this document, and is not described here.

The operator transfers none of this data outside the Russian Federation. Yandex's own arrangements are Yandex's.

How long it lasts, and how to withdraw it

Consent lasts twelve months from the moment you give it. After that you are asked again.

Your choice is recorded together with the version number of this text. If the text changes materially — a new recipient of the data, for instance — the version number changes and everybody is asked again. A choice made against different wording is not consent to the new wording.

You can withdraw consent in two ways:

Withdrawal takes effect going forward: Metrica stops loading. Data already sent to Yandex before you withdrew is held by Yandex and governed by its terms.

Your rights

Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ you may obtain access to your personal data, require it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, and complain about the operator to Roskomnadzor or to a court.
